Condition report
A thorough report on the technical condition of a home — before a sale, to NS 3600.
The condition report is a thorough, detailed account of a home's technical state. It reflects the condition at the time of inspection, measured against the reference level — the building regulations in force when the house was built.
It can cover the whole building or parts of it, and we prepare it for all property types. The owner completes a self-declaration form before or during the inspection.
- Sales report to NS 3600, condition report to NS 3424
- Floor area measured to the industry guidelines (NS 3940)
- Reports older than 12 months should be updated
- Energy labelling can be ordered at the same visit
